Any lesson cancellation must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

No shows and late cancellations will be charged the full lesson fee.

Payments in full must be made at time of booking and will be required prior to scheduling any subsequent service.

Refunds will be received when a cancellation has been made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. If the client has a prepaid package of lessons, the refund will be in the form of a rescheduled lesson.
