Weekly Training Sessions

10-lesson Summer clinics. Drill groups available.

8:1 Participant to Instructor ratio: Revolving on a 10 week program, each week focuses on a different area of the game. You do not need to sign up for 10 consecutive weeks. You can sign up for individual or multiple sessions based on your availability to attend. Once a full rotation of 10 sessions have been completed it repeats


2.5 session: Tuesday 8:30-9:30 AM AM (4:1 ratio)

3.0 session: Tuesday 9:30-10:30 AM and 10:30 AM-11:30 AM (4:1 ratio, $25/person, max of 16 per session)

3.5 session: Thursday 8:30-10:00 AM 

4.0+ session: Thursday 10:00-11:30 AM ($30/person, max of 24 per session)

WEEK 1 - Dinking

WEEK 2 - Serves and returns (groundstrokes

WEEK 3 - Volleys

WEEK 4 - 3rd, 5th and 7th Shot Drops and 4th, 6th and 8th shot placement

WEEK 5 - Overheads, lobs and lob retrieval

WEEK 6 - 3rd shot drives - playing the banger

WEEK 7 - Turning a point around- defense into offense 

WEEK 8 - Volley resets from transition area

Week 9 - Stacking
